【Shipping discount threshold】

• Convenience store pickup: Free shipping on orders over $599; otherwise, shipping is $60.
• Delivery (general areas of Taiwan): Free shipping on orders over $1399; otherwise, shipping fee is $120.
• Delivery (remote areas and outlying islands of Taiwan): Free shipping on orders over $3,000; otherwise, a $300 shipping fee applies.

⚠️ Delivery and Payment Notes

• Convenience store pickup: Due to the large size of some items, if your combined orders exceed the size limit for convenience store logistics, customer service will contact you to assist in adjusting the shipment to "home delivery". To protect customer rights, if there is a record of non-collection of cash-on-delivery orders at convenience stores without explanation, the "cash-on-delivery pickup" privilege for that account will be cancelled, and only other payment methods will be available.
• Home delivery service: All home delivery orders are processed on a "payment in advance, then shipment" basis. Once payment is confirmed, we will immediately arrange shipment for you. Thank you for your understanding.

【Delivery and arrival time】

• General guidelines: The delivery area is limited to the ground floor of the main island of Taiwan.
• Estimated delivery time: Approximately 3-5 business days throughout Taiwan (including the main island and outlying islands).
• Special circumstances: Delivery may be delayed in remote areas or due to force majeure events such as typhoons or high waves. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Return and exchange policy

1. Each item comes with detailed size specifications and pictures. Please check if the size and color meet your expectations and needs.
2. We suggest you contact customer service via LINE if you have any questions about the product before placing an order. Please confirm with customer service before placing your order and making payment!
3. According to the Consumer Protection Act, website consumers have the right to a seven-day inspection period after receiving the goods. However, the inspection period is not a trial period, and the cooling-off period is not a trial period. The purpose of the inspection period is to provide you with the opportunity to inspect, refer to, observe, and compare the products, not to provide you with the products for trial use. If you have not yet determined whether the products meet your expectations and needs, please do not open and use them.
4. If you need to return a product because it does not meet your needs, the product must be in brand new condition and in its original packaging (including the product itself (unused), accessories, inner and outer packaging, gifts, and shipping documents).
5. The return and exchange guarantee period is 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If this period is exceeded, it will be deemed that you have accepted the goods and no return or exchange can be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

7. For returns not due to defects, only the price of the item will be refunded; return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
